Overview

Sales Executive Assistant in Marikina. We are looking for a Sales Executive Assistant who will help the business grow by communicating with the clients and ensuring clients' satisfaction. This opportunity is for a skilled, experienced Executive Assistant who has extensive experience in project management, sales and marketing, and daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and the executive team as directed to ensure the company goals and objectives are achieved, and the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Accurately describe services features and benefits
  • Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
  • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
  • Recording of client information via Hubspot CRM
  • Facilitates sales meetings with clients during discovery calls
  • Utilize Asana to onboard new clients/projects and assign the task to respective departments
  • Act as the main contact person between the company and clients
  • Coordinating with the Recruitment team to update them on clients\' requirements and VA\'s skill sets required
  • Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong experience in Hubspot, Asana, and Calendly (Calendar Management for Sales)
  • Knowledgeable in GSuite
  • Type A personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Customer Facing role
  • Detail Oriented

Salary

Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
