The Sales Admin Executive provides vital support to the sales team by managing reporting, billing, and sales tracking activities. The role includes preparing post-campaign reports and case studies, verifying orders and invoices, coordinating client billing requirements, and maintaining accurate sales records. Additionally, the Sales Admin Executive assists in campaign launches, monitors budgets and creatives, researches media and ad trends, and delivers administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. What You'll Do
  • Reporting: Prepare and share weekly/post-campaign reports, case studies, and data requests.
  • Billing: Verify orders/invoices and coordinate with clients for billing and accreditation documents.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain sales records and monitor revenue and profit.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in campaign launches and track budgets, formats, and creatives.
  • Research: Monitor media and ad trends (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) for the sales team.
  • Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales department as needed.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or client servicing roles (experience in media, advertising, or e-commerce is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and internal collaboration.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
