Sales Admin Executive

What You'll Do
- Reporting: Prepare and share weekly/post-campaign reports, case studies, and data requests.
- Billing: Verify orders/invoices and coordinate with clients for billing and accreditation documents.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain sales records and monitor revenue and profit.
- Campaign Support: Assist in campaign launches and track budgets, formats, and creatives.
- Research: Monitor media and ad trends (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) for the sales team.
- Admin Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales department as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or client servicing roles (experience in media, advertising, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and internal collaboration.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
