Job Title: Sales Executive – Supervisory Level
Reports to: Director of Sales
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive (Supervisory Level) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate accounts, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, and ensuring service excellence that reflects Seda BGC Hotel’s brand of hospitality. This role also provides supervisory support to the sales team, ensuring targets are met while upholding the hotel’s standards of professionalism, guest satisfaction, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and occupancy targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
- Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections to strengthen client relationships.
Account & Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring personalized and efficient service.
- Anticipate client needs and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Banquets, Reservations) to ensure seamless guest experiences for corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions, contracts, and activities in the sales database.
Supervisory & Team Support
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives in achieving individual and team targets.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in setting strategies, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends.
Hospitality & Brand Representation
- Uphold Seda Hotels’ brand of Filipino hospitality in all client interactions.
- Represent Seda BGC at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Ensure all guests and clients receive consistent, high-quality service aligned with Seda Hotel standards.
- Promote hotel facilities and services with a strong focus on F&B, events, and long-stay offerings to maximize revenue streams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong corporate account management experience, particularly in the BGC/Makati area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, results-oriented, and guest-focused.
