The HR (Business Partner) Manager will serve as a strategic business partner for its Metro Manila Regional Business Unit (RBU). This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for employee engagement, and a solid background in labor relations. The HR Manager will support more than 200 store team employees and interface with franchisees, Managing Directors, and General Managers. Acts as a business partner to the Metro Manila RBU, providing strategic HR support and guidance. Leads employee engagement initiatives and fosters a positive workplace culture. Manages labor relations and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborates with leadership teams and franchise partners to address HR-related concerns. Supervises two direct reports and supports the development of store-level teams up to Senior Manager/Area Manager level. Participates in occasional events and activities as part of the hybrid work setup. After one year, transition to support the Commissary (Sucat) operations with increased on-site presence. Job Qualifications: A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields (open to other courses). Must have at least 1–2 years of managerial experience in HR business partnering. Strong background in employee engagement, labor relations, talent management, and operations management . Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup) and eventually in Sucat, Muntinlupa (4x/week onsite).
