Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Support organizational growth by ensuring HR practices align with business needs.
- Handle employee concerns and promote a people-focused workplace culture.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in HR generalist or managerial roles.
- Background in retail, distribution, or e-commerce is preferred.
- With strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- People-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in addressing HR needs.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City (residents nearby are preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month

- Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
