Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee the overall human resources function. This role will partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aligning the HR vision and goals and the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
  • Oversee the strategic and administration aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Unit.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development planning.
  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Plan and implement training and development programs to strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • With a minimum of eight (8) years' work experience in Human Resources, wherein four (4) years must be in a Managerial capacity, preferably from an IT or Service Oriented Company
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
