HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and promote a positive work culture. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

1.
Performance Management:

  • Implement and closely manage performance appraisal processes in order to motivate & inspire the employees to improve their respective performances. What cannot be measured cannot be managed – so we need the candidate to use the tools in the Performance Management System, KPI's and Evaluations to give rapid feedback to the employees and identify their weaknesses so they can level-up on their performance.
  • Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide guidance on each employees' needs & development plans.

2.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for all levels within the organization. Make sure that the right employee is
    most suitable
    for the position that needs to be filled.
  • Make sure that the qualified & competent employees are put in the "right seat" within the Organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.

3.
Onboarding and Training:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation sessions.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement relevant training programs.

4.
Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.

5.
Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including PhilHealth, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and other perks.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

6.
HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Strength on
    Performance Evaluation
  • Strength on
    using the Performance Evaluation as a tool for Performance Management to increase employees' performance and output
  • Strength on
    Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail industry.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in the field of Human Resources
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary Budget:
Php60,000

Work Arrangement:
Monday-Friday / 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
