HR Manager (Business Partner) Join to apply for the HR Manager role at Jollibee Group Responsibilities Acts as a business partner to the Metro Manila RBU, providing strategic HR support and guidance. Leads employee engagement initiatives and fosters a positive workplace culture. Manages labor relations and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborates with leadership teams and franchise partners to address HR-related concerns. Supervises two direct reports and supports the development of store-level teams up to Senior Manager/Area Manager level. Participates in occasional events and activities as part of the hybrid work setup. After one year, transition to support the Commissary (Sucat) operations with increased on-site presence. Qualifications A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields (open to other courses). Must have at least 1–2 years of managerial experience in HR business partnering. Strong background in employee engagement, labor relations, talent management, and operations management. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup) and eventually in Sucat, Muntinlupa (4x/week onsite).
