Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and strategies. Handle end-to-end recruitment and staffing for retail operations. Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labor compliance. Oversee training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with Finance. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of HR experience , including 3 years in a retail setting. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
