Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of HR experience , including 3 years in a retail setting. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
