Overview - Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support related to the processing of loans and issuance of branch documentation in accordance with regulations, policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Responsible for payment confirmation and tele-collections of past-due accounts
- Responsible for ensuring completion of Credit loans documentation
- Accountable for maintaining and organizing customer files and conducting regular encumbrance and documentary compliance monitoring
Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Address customer queries regarding loan products; handle complaints and resolution; conduct IPG (Terms and Conditions) discussions and discuss online payment options
- Booking: Acquire new clients through online platforms and marketing; achieve targeted client retention and walk-in conversion targets
- Credit Evaluation Administration: Ensure credit documents are complete and validated; perform initial Credit Test using Credit Scoring Tool (CMAP/NFIS); conduct phone references as part of initial credit background investigation
- Administrative: Act as Administrative Officer (AO) reliever; manage cash handling, on-line accounting system, data transmission to head office, and daily recording of transactions; ensure completeness of loan contracts and documents; encode loan applications; process Chattel Mortgage Contracts (CMC) for notarial duties; safekeep original LTO documents; transmit copies to Head Office Treasury/Customer Fulfillment; maintain systematic records and inventory of forms
Qualifications and Requirements
- Communication skills (oral and written)
- Attentive to details, able to meet deadlines; sense of urgency
- Tactful, respectful, courteous, and polite in dealing with clients
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Willing to work in Batangas
Education
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience
- Customer Service Representative: 1 year (preferred)
Language
- English (preferred)
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Batangas, Batangas — reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
