- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree may be an advantage).
- 3–7+ years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a management/leadership role (varies by listing).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing business; strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and develop strategic plans; proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the region; customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
