Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 7–10 years of Sales Management experience, preferably in FMCG or similar industries
  • Strong background in distributor management and key account handling
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, deliver results, and expand market presence
