Job Description
- Manage and enhance the work relationship with 50-80 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager.
- Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads with the best partner restaurants to increase orders while safeguarding relationship quality.
- Ensure partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to improve it.
- Improve the aftersales process and care by assisting partner restaurants with portal, devices, or other operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree graduate
- Preferably 1-3 years lead or account management experience in the food and beverages industry
- Great interpersonal and communication skills; strong negotiation skills
- Desire to contact top local restaurants and chains
- Endurance and perseverance in following up with partner restaurants
- Pleasant personality, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Ability to work with structured communication processes
- Team player, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Keen interest and good understanding of building client relationships

Job Description
- Manage relationships with owners, directors, and other stakeholders of our biggest restaurant partners in the country.
- Negotiate for restaurant participation in promotions, marketing campaigns, and other commercial projects.
- Strategize with restaurant partners for growth of orders on foodpanda.
- Educate restaurant partners with best practices to maximize sales and operations; serve as single point of contact for escalations; ensure best customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree
- At least 2 years of account management experience in F&B or e-commerce
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong negotiation
- Thrives at managing relationships and handling escalations
- Pleasant personality, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Team player, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Interest and understanding of the restaurant industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Job DescriptionJoin the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the Philippines. Coins is a leading crypto brand with over 18 million users. The platform enables buying/selling crypto and access to financial services. It is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and holds licenses for both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer.
The Account Management and Crypto Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients while leading the customer escalations team to ensure world-class service. The role balances client relationship management, customer experience strategy, and team leadership with a strong understanding of crypto products and client concerns.
This role focuses on crypto-related client concerns (trading, deposits, withdrawals, blockchain issues, platform usage) and may support fiat inquiries as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management & Growth
- Lead point of contact for VIP clients on account matters
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients
- Handle daily client concerns with empathetic communication
- Subject matter expert for crypto inquiries; secondary support for fiat
- Inform VIP clients about new crypto features
- Deliver excellent customer experience; upsell services and onboard new VIP clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth strategies
- Customer Escalations & Incident Management
- Supervise escalations team; coaching and development
- Establish and follow escalation processes; analyze impact and provide recommendations
- Manage complex crypto-related concerns involving regulatory/financial risk
- Root cause analysis; implement solutions; train team
- Operations, Policies & Reporting
- Develop and improve policies and workflows
- Workforce management and cost-efficient operations
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports; measure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with crypto/fintech trends; track KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
