Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Leads Generation or Leads Qualifying role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
  • Experience within a BPO setup is a PLUS but not required
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in the cybersecurity industry
  • Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Job Description

Job Purpose: Main function is to offer HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines. Convert inquiries into sales by answering in-bound calls; develop leads and referrals into sales achievements; generate appointments on prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Use available resources to find prospects
  • Generate leads from sales and marketing campaigns
  • Follow through on prospects, leads, accounts for appointments
  • Develop interest by offering our solutions
  • Influence prospects to engage our services with a strong sales pitch
  • Endorse hot leads to the Sales Director for proposals
  • Maintain client lists and keep sales/marketing databases organized
  • Document processes and change management in the sales department
  • Assist in preparing documents for sales calls, meetings, site visits
  • Support the sales team on requirements critical to sales targets
  • Reinforce technical/product knowledge through updates or seminars
  • Monitor market trends and competition
  • Contribute to team goals and hit telesales quotas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business Management is advantageous)
  • Experience in telesales or sales and marketing is a plus
  • Willingness to travel; travel up to 100% preferred
