We are expanding our team in the Philippines and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join us.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across various verticals such as Telecommunications, Real Estate, Pharma, Retail, and more. This role requires a self-starter who is fluent in Tagalog and English and has a deep understanding of the local market. The role will also be responsible for lead generation opportunities in some of the ASEAN markets in a targeted manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine and Singapore markets and awareness of the ASEAN business landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
