We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, compliance monitoring, employee engagement, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in generalist HR responsibilities, with a strong grasp of Philippine labor laws and due process procedures. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services in a fast-paced or multi-location organization. 1. Onboarding and Pre-Employment Compliance Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including: Orientation scheduling and facilitation Collection and verification of pre-employment requirements Preparation and distribution of onboarding kits and materials Monitor compliance with pre-employment documentation and policies. Ensure timely coordination with relevant HR and department teams for smooth integration of new employees. 2. HR Reporting and Metrics Maintain and regularly update HR dashboards and reports including: Onboarding status Pre-employment compliance tracking KPI submissions and performance tracking Analyze data trends and suggest process improvements based on key HR metrics. 3. Employee Relations and Disciplinary Action Administer disciplinary procedures in compliance with due process, including: Drafting and issuing Notices to Explain (NTE) Scheduling and facilitating administrative hearings Documenting outcomes and ensuring timely resolutions Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding HR policies and procedures. 4. Employee Engagement and Communication Organize and conduct employee engagement initiatives such as: "HR Talks" or forums for early-stage feedback and issue resolution Team-building activities and recognition programs Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate critical matters as needed. 5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and HR-related concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data and sensitive information. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role. Prior experience in a fast-paced or multi-location work environment is strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Philippine labor laws and due process procedures. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in end-to-end onboarding and pre-employment processes. Skilled in maintaining HR records, reports, and compliance dashboards. Experienced in handling disciplinary procedures (NTE issuance, hearings, documentation). Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential matters. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Additional Competencies: Experience in employee engagement and internal HR communication initiatives. Flexible and resilient in navigating changes within a dynamic work environment.
