Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
  • Investigate employee complaints and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures aligned with labor laws.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance management, code of conduct, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to disciplinary actions, incident reports, and investigations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and other relevant employment legislation (e.g., DOLE guidelines).
  • Coordinate with legal counsel or labor consultants on labor cases, if necessary.
  • Partner with management to foster a positive organizational culture and promote effective communication across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee/labor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and other relevant employment laws.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Certification or training in labor law, employee relations, or labor relations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
