Coordinate and help implement employee engagement events, initiatives, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
Manage and monitor company social media channels, create content to promote programs, and engage with the online community.
Collect and organize feedback from employees and other stakeholders, and generate reports to track engagement metrics and identify trends.
Collaborate with HR to support programs and initiatives that strengthen the company's culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, HR, or employee engagement roles
Previous experience coordinating events or workplace initiatives
Proficiency in social media management platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Strong written communication skills for content creation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
Relevant certifications in digital marketing or event management (preferred)
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Ability to pass background checks as required
