Facilities and Building Administration Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of office and plant facilities. Manage vendor contracts for janitorial, security, and maintenance services. Monitor utilities usage and implement cost-saving initiatives in facility operations. Ensure workplace compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. B. Procurement and Inventory Management Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to delivery and inspection. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance. Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, consumables, and critical inventory levels. C. Travel and Logistics Coordination Arrange transportation and accommodation for employees on official travel, both local and international. Process reimbursements and travel advances in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with finance for cost control and budget monitoring of travel-related expenses. D. Importation and Brokerage Support Liaise with customs brokers and logistics providers for the efficient release and transport of imported items. Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation for importation (BOC, PEZA, LTO, etc.). Monitor inbound shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies in coordination with internal teams. Qualifications Educational Background: Education: Bachelor’s degree Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities, admin operations, procurement, or logistics—preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting. Certifications: Training in Procurement, Occupational Safety, or Import/Export procedures is an advantage. Technical Proficiency: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Working knowledge of procurement systems and vendor management Familiarity with customs documentation and brokerage coordination Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Excellent communication and coordination abilities Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
