ResponsibilitiesA. Facilities and Building Administration
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of office and plant facilities.
- Manage vendor contracts for janitorial, security, and maintenance services.
- Monitor utilities usage and implement cost-saving initiatives in facility operations.
- Ensure workplace compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
B. Procurement and Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to delivery and inspection.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, consumables, and critical inventory levels.
C. Travel and Logistics Coordination
- Arrange transportation and accommodation for employees on official travel, both local and international.
- Process reimbursements and travel advances in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with finance for cost control and budget monitoring of travel-related expenses.
D. Importation and Brokerage Support
- Liaise with customs brokers and logistics providers for the efficient release and transport of imported items.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory documentation for importation (BOC, PEZA, LTO, etc.).
- Monitor inbound shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities, admin operations, procurement, or logistics—preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
- Certifications: Training in Procurement, Occupational Safety, or Import/Export procedures is an advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge of procurement systems and vendor management
- Familiarity with customs documentation and brokerage coordination
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
