Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Facilities Manager located in Mandaluyong. The role involves managing office operations, overseeing facility maintenance, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for employees.

Must be available to work and provide support during US hours
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- PEZA compliance and documentation
- Business permits and renewals
- OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) compliance
- DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) requirements
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Travel Desk for the Philippines:
- Manage end-to-end travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements for visiting employees and guests.
- Clinic and Nurse Services Management:
- Oversee healthcare operations as it transitions from HR to Admin and Facilities.
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the on-site clinics and coordinate with external healthcare providers.
Work Environment:
- Dynamic and collaborative setting.
- Requires flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and schedules aligned with US hours.
