Responsibilities Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement. Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Coordinate with external agencies for insurance and healthcare benefits. Maintain employee records on compensation and benefits. Address employee concerns on pay and benefits. Generate payroll and benefits reports for management. Support HR programs, incentive schemes, and other HR activities as instructed. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll. Knowledge of labor laws and government contributions.
