Coordinate with external agencies for insurance and healthcare benefits. Maintain employee records on compensation and benefits. Address employee concerns on pay and benefits. Generate payroll and benefits reports for management. Support HR programs, incentive schemes, and other HR activities as instructed. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field. 2–3 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll. Knowledge of labor laws and government contributions. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems, MS Office and Google Suite. High integrity and ability to handle confidential information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
