Key Responsibilities: Administer and process employee compensation, payroll, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner Manage government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR (TIN) registrations and remittances Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and deductions Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations concerning compensation and benefits Coordinate with external providers for benefits such as health insurance, HMO, and wellness programs Assist in conducting compensation surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and compliance for internal and external stakeholders Support internal audits related to payroll and benefits Contribute to HR policy development and process improvements in compensation and benefits administration Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits. Strong knowledge of labor laws, and government-mandated benefits. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
