We're Hiring: Compensation and Benefits Officer (Assistant Manager level)

Location: Quezon City | Schedule: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:

Handles payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, government contributions, and employee perks. Supports the FVP/Head of HR & Administration in implementing competitive rewards programs and maintaining compliance with all labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management: Review and process payroll, allowances, and overtime for timely, accurate payout.
  • Benefits Administration: Enroll employees/dependents in HMO and insurance, process government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and prepare bonus/loan requirements.
  • HR Administration: Maintain 201 files, prepare employment contracts, certification of employment/compensation, and last-pay computations; handle employment verifications and background checks.
  • Team Oversight: Guide and coach direct reports, safeguard confidential HR data, and ensure timely reports and performance evaluations.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (HR certifications a plus).
  • At least 8 years HR experience, including 6-8 years in compensation/benefits or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, government benefits, and HR documentation.
  • Preferably with experience handling team members.
