  1. Payroll Management

  2. Enroll new employees and eligible dependents to HMO

  3. Process government and multipurpose loans

  4. Handle government mandated requirements and documents

  5. Process SSS monthly contribution

  6. Process Philhealth monthly contribution and statement of premium accounts

  7. Enroll new employees to SSS, Pagibig, BIR and Philhealth

  8. Prepare certification of employment/compensation

  9. Prepare last pay computations, quit claims and release undertaking forms

  10. Prepare compensation packages

  11. Prepare Notice of Personnel Action (NPA) for promotion, lateral transfer, change of position title or salary adjustment of employees

  12. Prepare employment contracts

  13. Take employment verification for current employees with regards to bank loan, postpaid application, car loan, etc.

  14. Minimum Qualifications: Strong analytical and planning skills;

  15. Good communication and presentation skills;
  16. Excellent problem-solving skills;
  17. At least seven years of experience in compensation and benefits;
  18. 1 -2 years in a Supervisory capacity or the like;
  19. Preferably College Graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management;
  20. Related certifications and training are an advantage; and,
  21. Work experience as an HR Generalist and handling compensation and benefits is an advantage.

Stradcom Corporation is the proponent of the multi-billion peso computerization of the Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO), the agency that registers motor vehicles, issues drivers' licenses, and enforces laws of land transportation, and is administered under the Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Through a nationwide IT infrastructure consisting of the development of software for formal business processes, the establishment of a huge data powerhouse, the interconnection of LTO's almost 300 offices, the delivery of all hardware and equipment, and the provision of operating and support services throughout the entire concession agreement, which is now in its extension period, STRADCOM provides a service to government consistent with the provisions of the BOT Privatization Law (in particular, a Build-Own-Operate contractual scheme), while establishing a solid business model built on the generation and collection of service revenues from the transacting public.
