We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead our sales team at ROX Philippines, one of the region's upcoming electric automotive dealerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the sales manager, you will oversee daily sales operations, drive performance to meet and exceed targets, and ensure that every customer leaves our showroom delighted with their experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular performance reviews and training. Maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup, financing options and promotions. Ensure all customer interactions reflect our commitment to quality service and integrity. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and maximize profitability.
