The Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing a sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. Primarily focused on managing the daily operations of the sales department, driving your individual and team performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met for each Business Unit.

Your Responsibilities:

Team Management

Proven sales leadership; co-leads weekly sales meetingsCoaches team on solution selling and motivates performanceConducts biweekly 1:1s and performance reviewsMonitors sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and reportsAddresses customer and team concerns; escalates complex issues to SDExecutes Sales and Account Plans in line with business strategyChampions customer voice and sales feedback to SD/OPECDrives innovation in account management with SD/BUs

Individual Management

Manages critical accounts and ensures sales targets are met or exceededDevelops and executes strategic sales plans for new client acquisitionExpands client base by leveraging existing relationshipsDesigns training initiatives and collaborates with SD on performance and strategyCreates innovative sales materials and value propositionsDevelops action plans aligned with OKRsReviews and sets goals and KPIs for the next fiscal yearOversees completion of Sales Playbook and prospecting tracker

Performance & Expectations

Identifies and captures new business opportunitiesExpands footprint within existing and new accountsConsistently meets sales targets through strategic and value-driven selling

About You
You are/have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Technology-related fieldMinimum 5 years of successful B2B IT sales experience in Cloud, Software Development, or AI/Data SolutionsAt least 3 years of proven leadership managing sales teams and exceeding targetsStrong understanding of IT services, particularly in Cloud, Data, and AIExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications

Background in professional services (Software Development/QA) and managed services (Cloud/AI Ops)Familiarity with financial industry standards and sales compliance requirementsEstablished industry network with a record of generating new businessRelevant certifications in Sales, Project Management, or Cloud technologies
