  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align goals and drive growth
  • Pitch services/products to potential clients within the entertainment or e-commerce sectors
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
  • Track business development KPIs and deliver regular updates
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Must have background in the entertainment or e-commerce industry
  • Strong network within relevant industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute business plans
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
