About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for market research, lead generation, analyzing data, effective communication with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist Sales Manager with developing sales and action plans, develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts.
- Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers.
- Perform competitive analysis, market research and product assessment.
- Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships.
- Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales marketing, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Great understanding of marketing, and the renewable energy industry and basic knowledge of finance.
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Demonstrated lead generation experience.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is beneficial.
