1. Key Accounts Relationship Management Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. 2. Business Development Represents the company in biddings with diagnostics clinics and local government units (LGUs). Attends business networking meetings to tap on potential new clients. 3. Revenue Generation Develops tie up programs/special projects with corporate accounts/clients including but not limited to: Mobile Van Testing Annual Physical Exam (APE) Hearing Test/Audiometric Testing Hearing Aid Dispensing with Installment Plan Payment Scheme 4. Staff Supervision Monitors and supervises the Key Accounts Department’s staffs in carrying out their day-to-day functions. 5. Others Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any business courses. With at least 4-5 years of related work experience handling Key Accounts in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare industry. Preferably available to start ASAP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
