Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets and maximize account revenue
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Identify potential clients and convert leads into sales
  4. Handle after-sales concerns and escalate issues when needed
  5. Manage and grow key online and MLM partner accounts by maintaining regular communication and conducting business reviews.
  6. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and activation goals, including managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and the overall order process.
  7. Monitor sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and recommend actions to improve results.
  8. Plan and execute joint marketing and promotional activities with partners to increase visibility and sales.
  9. Provide product and sales training to MLM partners and online sellers to boost performance.
  10. Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates on a regular basis.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
  • With relevant experience in handling key accounts/General Trade
  • Preferably with established network of connections in Broadcast Media, Telecommunications, or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must know how to drive
