Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, distributors). Execute strategic sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets. Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of promotions. Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in key account management or sales in the FMCG industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
