We are looking for a National Key Accounts Head who will drive the growth, retention, and success of our merchant and partner relationships. In this role, you will oversee a national portfolio of key accounts, develop strategies for mutual growth, and ensure our partners thrive through innovative financial technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences, enhance product adoption, and strengthen our position as a trusted fintech partner. What You’ll Do Own and grow relationships with high-value merchants and strategic partners nationwide. Develop and implement key account strategies that drive revenue, retention, and partner satisfaction. Lead and coach a team of Key Account Managers and Specialists to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional partner support. Co-create campaigns and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders aligned with company goals. Identify opportunities to expand account penetration and introduce new solutions. Perform other business development-related tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or business development , ideally within fintech, retail, payments, or financial services. Proven leadership experience , managing a team or portfolio of national accounts. Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Collaborative and adept at working with cross‑functional teams. Results‑driven, adaptable, and motivated to deliver business impact. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
