We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality recruitment services
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing them with the best candidates
  • Conduct interviews, screen resumes and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates
  • Handle any escalated issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing them with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting recruitment targets
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
