We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality recruitment services Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the hiring needs of our clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing them with the best candidates Conduct interviews, screen resumes and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the team Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience Participate in networking events and job fairs to promote our company and attract potential candidates Handle any escalated issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction Mentor and develop team members, providing them with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing a team and meeting recruitment targets Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Proficient in using recruitment software and tools High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
