About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to oversee and guide our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, mentoring recruiters, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring the timely delivery of top-quality candidates to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain high performance standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels (job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment and selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-volume or specialized recruitment.
  • Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning.
  • Certification in Recruitment/HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
