Recruitment Operations Lead

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to serve as the strategic link between our clients and the recruitment delivery team. In this role, you will drive client satisfaction, manage recruiter performance, and ensure high-quality talent delivery. This position is ideal for someone with strong client partnership skills, proven recruitment operations experience, and a coaching-oriented leadership style — someone who can balance relationship management, operational excellence, and team development to create real impact.
Work Setup:
Hybrid setup; willing to report onsite 3x a week.
Location: PSG PH sites (Ayala, Makati, MOA, Alabang, and/or SM North EDSA).
Client Coverage: Servicing US-based clients; Night-shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring PSG delivers its full value proposition.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and provide market insights and recommendations based on current talent trends.
Ensure a steady job flow from clients by understanding hiring demand, identifying potential gaps, and proactively requesting new requisitions.
Present candidates in a structured and compelling manner, highlighting their fit across competencies, culture, and role expectations.
Provide weekly status updates to clients regarding submissions, requisition progress, and candidate movement.
Gather and interpret verbal and non-verbal cues from clients to refine search parameters and align recruiter efforts.
Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of hires from offer acceptance to start date.
Drive clients to move candidates forward in the process and provide timely feedback to maintain pipeline velocity.
Recruitment Operations Leadership
Oversee a small team of recruiters, ensuring equitable workload distribution and adequate requisition coverage.
Monitor time-to-fill, submissions, and fill rates per recruiter, providing coaching and intervention as necessary.
Conduct regular pipeline and activity reviews to identify bottlenecks and take action to address them.
Support recruiters in interview preparation, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and client presentation techniques.
Partner with the internal onboarding and compliance teams to expedite pre-employment checks (e.g., background, references).
Maintain high data hygiene and ensure recruiters consistently and accurately update the ATS.
Mentorship & Development
Serve as a coach and mentor to the recruiting team, guiding them on best practices, client communication, and recruitment excellence.
Lead weekly huddles or performance syncs to review metrics, celebrate wins, and address challenges.
Identify training opportunities to enhance team capabilities and overall performance.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years in US end-to-end recruitment, with 2–3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
Background in US-based RPO, BPO recruitment, or staffing firms.
Proficient in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, market mapping, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, executive presence, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Hands-on, collaborative, and coaching-oriented leadership style; capable of driving accountability and team performance.
Strong client orientation—able to interpret nuances, read non-verbal cues, and tailor strategies accordingly.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and use insights to improve outcomes.
