About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Non-IT US Lead Recruiter
to join our firm. The ideal candidate will specialize in ramp-up hiring, high-volume recruitment for call center representatives, and non-IT or clerical entry-level roles. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who is proficient in Us-based end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to candidate engagement and pipeline management.

You will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for non-IT roles, including Customer Service Representatives (CSR) roles, across the US market. You will utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and direct outreach to build and maintain a strong candidate pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles such as CSR, clerical, and entry-level positions.
  • Manage high-volume hiring campaigns, especially for call center and ramp-up hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and priorities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring status and pipeline health.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent US recruitment experience with a focus on non-IT roles, including CSR and MSP/LI professional roles.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and ramp-up hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes beyond job postings, including sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, proactive, and results-oriented with an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree.
