Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance goals. Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Collaborate, prepare, and present reports to stakeholders to meet business objectives. Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement. Manage multiple tasks and pivot when necessary to meet business needs. Experience Required for Your Success: Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing Recruitment Teams within a recruitment agency, Recruitment Process Outsourcing “RPO” firm, or within a corporate talent acquisition function.
