A civic campaign committed to preserving Australia's constitutional traditions and national identity is seeking a motivated and strategic Fundraising Coordinator . This key role supports the campaign’s long-term sustainability by growing the supporter base, securing funding, and leading fundraising initiatives.

Key Objectives:

  • Promote awareness of the campaign’s civic mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and volunteers
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
  • Meet financial targets through planned initiatives
  • Engage and appreciate major donors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and engage with donors, foundations, and aligned groups
  • Communicate impact through proposals, presentations, and materials
  • Write donor appeals and grant applications
  • Lead fundraising campaigns and events (including digital outreach)
  • Coordinate volunteer fundraising teams
  • Monitor budgets and fundraising progress

Candidate Profile:

Required:

  • Fundraising or advocacy experience (preferably in Australia or an English-speaking country)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and strategic

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Skilled in persuasive writing and public speaking
  • Interest in civic engagement and constitutional advocacy
