Position Overview:

The Human Resource Officer manages all employee-related functions within the company, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance monitoring, and compliance with labor laws. This role supports organizational goals by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post detailed job descriptions and advertisements for vacant positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Onboard and orient new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly and provide feedback.
  • Implement and oversee staff development and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in digital and paper formats.
  • Address employee queries and concerns regarding policies, benefits, and welfare.
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and management.
  • Support disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
  • Organize and ensure health, safety, and welfare provisions for all employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding activities.
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and workforce engagement levels.
  • Advise management on labor relations, compensation trends, and legal updates.
  • Participate in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee satisfaction initiatives and organizational culture development.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs.
  • Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers to plan workforce needs and succession planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in human resources or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
