Responsibilities

Experienced in Human Resources and Administrative functions with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation, timekeeping, and policy implementation. Skilled in maintaining employee records, preparing contracts and job descriptions, handling government-mandated compliance, and coordinating with project site employees. Adept at issuing HR communications, managing confidential files, and representing the company with labor and employment agencies. On the administrative side, oversee office and vehicle requirements, uniforms/PPEs, supplies inventory, and general office upkeep. Trusted to support the CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both HR and Admin functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in an HR role at the officer or supervisory level, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
