About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our growing team at LINKS123 Therapy Center in Santa Ignacia Tarlac. As the Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human capital management of our organisation. This is a full-time position that will involve a variety of HR responsibilities to ensure we maintain a productive, engaged and compliant workforce.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
  2. Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with employment regulations
  3. Support employee relations, including addressing queries, concerns and disciplinary matters
  4. Assist with the planning and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  5. Contribute to workforce planning and talent management strategies
  6. Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
  7. Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports as required

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the healthcare or therapy industry
  2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and HRIS systems
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation
  5. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
