Human Resource Officer

VConstruct Inc., a growing design-and-build company based in Fairview, Quezon City, is looking for a skilled and reliable Human Resource Officer to strengthen our team and ensure effective HR management across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of office and site personnel
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with Finance
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor performance evaluation systems and recommend training programs
  • Organize employee engagement, wellness, and recognition activities
  • Drive initiatives that reflect VConstruct's values of integrity, growth, and excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of solid HR experience (preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, BIR)
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, HRIS, payroll systems, and government portals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to professional growth

Work Setup

  • Office-based in Fairview, Quezon City
  • Monday to Saturday work schedule
