Senior Human Resources Officer (Construction Company)
• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources management, business administration, public administration and policy, or economics
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or development
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interpersonal skills: The ability to relate well to others.
• Organization: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up
• Problem-solving: The ability to think strategically and tackle problems from multiple angles
• Computer proficiency: The ability to use database management and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws: An understanding of labor laws, rules, regulations, and best practices
• Teamwork: The ability to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude: A positive attitude and excellent service mind
• Willing to visit (and/or stay for a brief time to establish HR Rules and procedures) project sites around the country.
• Must be detail-oriented in all aspects.
