Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer. The position is located in Marikina. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions. The role involves day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience is preferred
  • Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and Job Description Development
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the HR field is an advantage
