Total Rewards Design and implement compensation structures and benefits programs. Benchmark salaries and benefits against market data. Oversee performance appraisal systems and incentive plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Employee Relations Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives. Ensure fair treatment and consistent application of HR policies. Conduct investigations and mediate conflicts. Job Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity Hands-on experience in the following HR facets, including: Employee and Labor Relations Performance Management and Employee Engagement Compensation & Benefits Coordination Experience in policy implementation and HR program execution and Organizational Development Exposure to HRIS or digital HR tools is preferred Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations Ability to analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management Competence in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR documentation Core Competencies: Team Leadership: Can supervise HR Partners/Specialists and provide guidance on operational issues Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Capable of resolving HR concerns and escalating high-risk cases as needed Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively coordinates with department heads and employees Policy and Process Compliance: Ensures consistent application of HR policies across divisions. Adaptability and Collaboration: Works efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment WORKING CONDITIONS 1. Office-based – 100% Work on Site 2.
