Employee Relation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day employee relations activities, ensuring timely and fair resolution of workplace issues.
- Manage and oversee employee grievance and disciplinary processes in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Conduct and/or supervise workplace investigations related to complaints, misconduct, and conflict cases.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations best practices.
- Develop and implement employee relations programs that promote employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Monitor workplace climate and recommend improvements to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in policy formulation, review, and consistent implementation across the organization.
- Collaborate with HR team on training programs related to workplace behavior, conflict management, and labor law compliance.
- Prepare reports and analysis on employee relations issues, trends, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with focus on employee relations, labor relations, or conflict management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve workplace conflicts fairly and effectively.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
