General Description The Business Development Executive generates new business through the follow‑up of sales leads or referrals. The Business Development Executive reports to the Business Development Team Lead. Work Schedule and Arrangement 10 PM-7 AM (Gliding Shift) PHT, Office‑based Office Location 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Responsibilities Gathers prospective clients' contact details through research and keeps record of them in the sales CRM Makes cold calls, follow‑ups with health‑care clinics, doctors, owners, and office managers Answers incoming calls and gives proper information Makes follow‑ups on website inquiries and third‑party leads to ensure demonstrations Describes the product benefits and any special offers and advises how the software may benefit prospect clients Sends introductory and follow‑up emails and faxes, tracks response, and converts to demonstration Persuades prospects to view a demonstration from sales representative Enters notes and requests into sales CRM, including dates for follow‑up calls Follows up with sales team to ensure product demonstrations are done in time Prepares/updates necessary reports on a daily basis Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably in Marketing or Sales) Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in Marketing and Sales is a plus Background in CRM (HubSpot) is a plus Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to cold‑call potential clients with confidence Good organizational, negotiation, and persuasion skills Computer literacy (should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel) Physically fit to work in a BPO setting Salary and Monetary Benefits Monthly salary of ₱22,000 - ₱27,000 New hire bonus of ₱5,000 Monthly risk allowance of ₱2,000 Uncapped commissions Perks and Other Benefits Paid Training Period All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed Paid time off—public holidays, vacation, and personal time off Robust and effective Government Benefits Administration Lactation breaks (for breastfeeding moms) Discounted optical services with our partner clinic Free lunch/dinner and unlimited coffee and ice cream daily (for on‑site employees) Free Health insurance with one (1) free dependent Free Life insurance Free Accident insurance Relocation allowance for new hires (from outside Cebu) Company‑sponsored outings Interest‑based employee clubs (DOTA, Basketball, Dance, Music, Photography, Yoga) Recruitment Process Candidate Application Form General Assessment Phone Screening Technical Interview (Virtual) Reference Check Job Offer Training Disclaimer for salary ranges: Salary ranges may not be applicable to all.
