About the Role

Leading Edge Executive Talent Search is looking for a Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Makati. The ideal candidate has a solid background in recruitment, executive search, or manpower services, with strong business connections and a passion for building partnerships that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and manpower industry
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Present and promote recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients
  • Achieve business growth targets by generating leads and converting new accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and performance reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a recruitment firm, manpower agency, or executive search company
  • Strong network and existing business connections are a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
