We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management Team at Marsh. This role is based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Client managers are responsible for the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. Client managers deliver the firm by aligning client strategies and needs to MMC's capabilities and resources. We will count on you to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, follow up on correspondences, and manage communications.
• Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, industry issues, benchmarking studies, and risk maps for internal and external use.
• Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts and coordinating billing, timelines, and liaison between internal senior professionals and business accounts.
• Manage account concerns or issues, addressing small and complex problems in a timely manner and escalate when needed.
• Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues to support retention.
• Build relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations and stay fluent in the company’s service offerings and market trends.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in client-facing roles; 3+ years in corporate account management preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic solutions.
• Multitasking ability and the capability to travel as needed.

Location: Philippines; Role supports enterprise clients across regions, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, service adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a regional team of client managers; hire, mentor, and develop staff; ensure knowledge and tools are available to support programs.
• Drive proactive client engagement to improve onboarding speed, reporting, and service delivery; establish KPIs and reporting for performance and client outcomes.
• Foster culture of excellence, collaboration, and client-centricity.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients; support business reviews and strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred); Cantonese is a plus.
