Responsibilities- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and client needs; monitor metrics and reports to drive performance (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
- Partner with department heads, clients, and senior management to understand manpower requirements, staffing plans, and EVP alignment; ensure effective stakeholder management.
- Oversee resource allocation, onboarding, and staffing plans; manage SLAs, budgets, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coach, develop, and manage direct reports; conduct regular performance and development conversations; handle escalations with clients as needed.
- Standardize and optimize recruitment processes and documentation from requisition to onboarding; ensure data integrity in ATS/CRM and reporting tooling.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements; build talent pools and pipelines for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of staffing with business strategy; participate in calibration meetings and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in recruitment with 2–3 years in a managerial role; experience in BPO/shared services or outsourcing is advantageous.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills; ability to manage client relationships and guide junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, screening, interviewing, and reporting; proficient with ATS/CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; ability to operate in hybrid/remote or on-site settings as required.
- Willingness to work across different time zones and adapt to client needs; knowledge of local labor laws where applicable.
